bring it to the next level …!
What worries you, masters you.

When one door of happiness closes, another opens; but often we look so long at the closed door that we do not see the one which has been opened for us.
” Financial Year just ended. Looking back, well not a good year for me. Since joining this organization, I never failed to exceed in my performance rating. Eversince a year ago, I took up new position my performance is not up to the mark. Is it because of my lack experiance in managing or is it just because of the downturn in Malaysian’s economy in general that effecting me to excel ( well oil crisis do play a role in economy growth rite?! ). Anyway, what had happened could not be undone… sad but truth these will also effect my year end bonus.”
Ok! enuff whining… I am a positive kind of guy…and eversince lossing “ai” , I change a lot, from Mr. Nice Guy to a Mr Nasty guy haha and my attitude towards life also change, more confident and mature. So lets sit down for a while and “muhasabah” what I had accomplished last financial year.
1. Team meeting – Wow! I have tons of them , I do belief meeting with subordinates and peers is important! This is where you can share latest informations and strategies actions. Normally my meeting with the team will took half hour every week and when things get more intense ( month end closing or year end) it could get frequent.
I love talking to the team, this is where I will summarize their achievement and short coming for the past weeks. Yeapp I did praise and motivate them for good things being done ( heyy … I am appreciative kindda guy) and I m also not hesitated to walappp them if they did wrongly ( hahaha just joking ..I m not that nasty) . I do belief maintaining high spirit and positive attitude a major key role to success
2. Meeting and Pampering my rice bowl – uhh not that rice bowl in your kitchen your dumb dumb! Its rhetoric sentence, a ‘rice bowl’ simply infering to my customers. When it comes to customers, you can bet I am serious about them, and I am glad that I managed to visit and close sales with most of my major customer .( yea…yea not me alone its also contributions from my team)
By saying that, its a learning point for me though I shall not be able to close most major sales last fin year, if I am not responsive to my customers needs. Most of the time listening to the needs is as important as providing benefits to them. I do agree that sometimes sales people make common mistake in selling… they are just too focus on products until they forgot to listen to their customers needs! Remember my fellow comrades, be what ever selling’s field you are in, either products base or services, always remember to listen and respond to your customer needs by working on benefits that you can give to them.
3. Clean your house and clean it good! – Well this was the area which needs more attention and efforts from me, anyway I managed to do an average last fin year.. there still room for improvements. To say it my previous successor did not leave me a clean playing ground to play ( yeahh blame it on others! hahaha). Anyway now its my responsibility to tide it up and maintain .
Its important to have a good housekeeping on works being done! My personal belief that if you shall be in a war, you must always keep your stable in good and working condition, so that the horses will not get sick. Thou this financial year I have strong intentions and views to bring it to the next level upwards ….God willing !
Embarking to the new financial year, I promise to do everything that I could to ensure me and the team will excel again! Common guys bring it to the next level !
